As organised with the Owner otherwise between 4 – 6pm.
CHECKOUT TIME :
Before 11am or as organised with the Owner.
This is a **NON SMOKING** property with the exception of the balcony where smoking is permitted.
Pets are not permitted in this property under any condition.
NOISE / NUISANCE :
In Paris there are noise regulations – from **10pm until 8am** no-one can make any loud noise without forewarning the other members of the building. (This includes very loud music, DIY drilling etc or the use of the washing machine etc.) This applies to you, the Owner and your neighbours so if your neighbours bother you please contact the Owner.
You also agree not to cause any damage to the walls, doors, windows or any other part of the Property nor to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to any other occupier of adjoining or neighbouring properties.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT :
Your booking is confirmed following receipt of a non-refundable DEPOSIT PAYMENT of **€250 up to 25%**. This payment is a part-payment of your final booking amount and not additional to it.
FINAL PAYMENT :
Due to Covid19, your non-refundable final payment is not due in FULL until 14 days prior to your arrival, rather than my normal 30 days.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY :
The maximum number of guests is limited to **two (2)** persons. You cannot allow more people to stay in the Property than expressly authorised, nor can you change the makeup of the party during your stay in the Property, If you do so, the Property may not be handed over to you or you may be required to leave it. Each of these circumstances will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking by you for which there is no obligation to refund payments already made in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion.
MINIMUM STAY :
This property requires a **one (1)** night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
INCLUSIVE FEES :
Rates include linens & towels. Every 4 days linens will be changed. If anything else is needed in the interim please ask the Owner. Facilities fees (electricity, internet etc) are included in the rental rate.
1. Telephone calls to cell phones in the USA or Canada are included.
2. Telephone calls to landlines in almost all countries are included (the full list is with the Owner). Main ones are UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, NZ, South Africa…
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE :
Linens and bath towels are included in the rental price (see Inclusive Fees) for your use. If used with agreement of the Owner, you agree to keep and leave the kitchen items such as kitchen equipment, crockery and glasses clean and in good condition.
The bedroom and bathroom will be cleaned daily. However, due to Covid19, until further notice, beds will not be remade.
A deposit payment confirms your booking. This is non-refundable. The residual amount of your booking is due MORE THAN 14 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made once final payment has been made forfeit these payments.
Reimbursement is at the Owner’s discretion if a replacement booking has been found, minus an administration fee of €100. Every effort will be made to find a replacement booking.
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY :
You agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property. You agree to ensure that each member of your party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage).
You agree to allow us or any representative of ours access to the Property at any reasonable time during your stay for the purpose of essential repairs or in an emergency. Cleaning of your room and bathroom will be done on a daily basis.
Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If, however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that you contact the Owner as soon as possible so as remedial action can be taken as soon as possible.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
The maximum liability for losses you suffer is strictly limited to the amounts paid to the Owner in relation to your Booking.
The Owner shall not be liable for any losses which are not a foreseeable consequence of us breaching this Booking Contract. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and the Owner at the time your Booking is confirmed.
A full refund will be provided if the premises are unavailable due to the presence of the Covid19 virus.
Your Booking is made as a consumer for the purpose of a holiday and you acknowledge that the Owner will not be liable for any business losses howsoever suffered or incurred by you. This does not exclude or limit in any way liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation; or for any matter for which it would be illegal to exclude or limit, or attempt to exclude or limit your liability.
The Owner will not be in breach of this Booking Contract, or otherwise liable for any failure or delay in performance, arising from any circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
